Kristie Piasta

Kristie Piasta joined the firm as of counsel in 2022, bringing experience in business, corporate, and nonprofit law. Previously, she was Assistant General Counsel for a large healthcare system and practiced with two large law firms in Georgia, advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and acquisitions. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and served on the Executive Committee of the Nonprofit Law Section.
