Kristin focuses her practice primarily in corporate and business law, public finance, banking, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Wainright practiced with the international law firm of Dechert LLP, where she represented borrowers, investors, lenders and servicers in real estate financings, loan work-outs, and real estate investments. She was named Partner in 2014 and became the Managing Partner of the firm in 2019. At TCORS, Attorney Wainright represents local businesses, banks, municipalities and institutions in a variety of finance, corporate and real estate transactions.
