About Kristin

Litigation attorney, Kristin Miller Grant, Esq., attended the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Education. Kristin then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York. Kristin began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting cases including first degree felonies. Thereafter, she spent over a decade focused on insurance defense litigation, as a senior bodily injury attorney for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. During those years, Kristin gained a wealth of knowledge of how insurance adjusters handle assessing and valuing claims and injuries.
