About Kristin
Kristin S. Wacha is an Ohio licensed attorney and native northwest Ohioan. She attended Miami University as an undergraduate and earned her Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law. Her practice focuses on Family Law, Elder law and Estate Planning, and some ongoing business and real estate matters. She is trained/certified in Collaborative Law, Mediation, Guardian ad Litem work and serves as a Parenting Coordinator. Ms. Wacha is the President of the Henry County Bar Association, serves on the Northwest Ohio Grievance Committee, is a board member of Christian Community Legal Services and serves as an Ohio Bar Exam Reader for the Supreme Court of Ohio.
