K.T. Tran was born in Rach Gia, Vietnam. Grew up in the Central Valley. Graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 with a Bachelor in Arts and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of California, Hastings in 1998. K.T. Tran has over 20 years of experience as a trial attorney having tried both civil and criminal cases including auto accident, DUI cases, theft related cases and even homicide cases. He is comfortable in the courtroom and will always do what is best for his clients. His civil work has resulted in favorable settlements against big insurance companies and his staff are fluent in Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese. Initial consultations are free of charge and tort practices are handled on a contingency basis, meaning the law office will not charge the client unless we are able to make a successful recovery on our clients behalf.
