A lifetime Jefferson Countian, Kurt received a BA Degree in 1971, and his Juris Doctorate in 1974 from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Admitted to the Missouri Bar and the U.S. District Court For The Eastern District Of Missouri in 1974, Kurt has tried cases throughout the state and resolved matters at every level of the court system, including the Missouri Supreme Court.
