Attorney Kyle D. Johnston spent the first half of his career working as an insurance defense lawyer for workers’ comp cases. Today, he fights for the rights of workers and people wrongfully injured in motor vehicle accidents. He has 15 years of experience in workers’ comp and personal injury cases. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Portuguese at Brigham Young University and his law degree from University of Miami, graduating in 2007. He is fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish.
