About Kyle

Kyle M. Fleming is the founder of The Fleming Law Firm, a CPA, and an attorney. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an accounting degree and obtained his JD from Washburn University School of Law in 2000. He has served as General Counsel for Pittsburg State University, Pitsco, Inc., and CDL Electric. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri and has experience litigating in federal and state courts, as well as working on international joint ventures. His practice areas include family law, adoption, estate planning, probate, and criminal law.
