L. Gene DeAgostino will be retiring from Powers Chapman and the practice of law on December 31, 2024. Mr. DeAgostino was a founding partner of our firm in 1980. He also worked for the predecessor firms of Powers Chapman beginning in 1967. He spent his entire legal career with the same firm. He looks forward to spending more leisure time with his wife of 52 years, Pat, his 4 daughters, 4 sons-in-law, and 14 grandchildren. He leaves sincere wishes to the firm for continued success.
