Amina Karic is a partner with LaFave, Wein, Frament & Karic, having joined the firm in October 2019. Amina earned her Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University with a major in International Relations, Political Science and a minors in French Language and Literature. She graduated from Albany Law School and has been admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has argued before the Appellate Division Third Department as well as the New York State Court of Appeals. Also a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the NYS Trial Lawyers Association, Amina enjoys assisting injured people in seeking answers and justice in the supportive setting offered by LaFave, Wein & Frament. Originally from Sarajevo, BIH, Amina is fluent in Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian and languages spoken throughout the region formerly known as Yugoslavia. She also has a conversational knowledge of French. In her free time, Amina enjoys traveling and visiting family in Vermont. She also volunteers with children and adults with developmental differences, assisting with social activities.

Marko Radisavljevic is an associate practicing out of our California office. Mr. Radisavljevic joined the firm in 2016 and concentrates on class action, consumer fraud, and antitrust matters.
