Amina Karic is a partner with LaFave, Wein, Frament & Karic, having joined the firm in October 2019. Amina earned her Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University with a major in International Relations, Political Science and a minors in French Language and Literature. She graduated from Albany Law School and has been admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has argued before the Appellate Division Third Department as well as the New York State Court of Appeals. Also a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the NYS Trial Lawyers Association, Amina enjoys assisting injured people in seeking answers and justice in the supportive setting offered by LaFave, Wein & Frament. Originally from Sarajevo, BIH, Amina is fluent in Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian and languages spoken throughout the region formerly known as Yugoslavia. She also has a conversational knowledge of French. In her free time, Amina enjoys traveling and visiting family in Vermont. She also volunteers with children and adults with developmental differences, assisting with social activities.

Frank Voler

Frank Voler is a trial attorney in the Philadelphia office concentrating on mass tort, FELA and personal injury matters. Frank’s passion is to help individuals fight against corporate and insurance interests for fairness. Frank has extensive experience in litigating personal injury cases, including wrongful death, drunk driver, commercial trucking, and appellate cases. Frank attended law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He graduated with honors and was a member of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. Frank received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, served on active duty as a nuclear trained submarine officer and thereafter in the Naval Reserve.

Marko Radisavljevic

Marko Radisavljevic is an associate practicing out of our California office. Mr. Radisavljevic joined the firm in 2016 and concentrates on class action, consumer fraud, and antitrust matters. Mr. Radisavljevic has experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, discovery requests, working with experts, negotiating settlements, and both taking and defending fact and expert depositions. In addition to his class cases, Mr. Radisavljevic has worked with Casa Cornelia since 2019. He has assisted in helping three separate refugees obtain asylum after direct examinations in contested administrative proceedings. Mr. Radisavljevic is fluent in Serbian and many former Yugoslavian dialects.

Jaclyn Kostich

Jaclyn Kostich is a Partner with Sinars Slowikowski. She has diverse experience with complex litigation matters, concentrating on medical and professional malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, mass tort, and environmental claims. She has successfully handled cases on both the plaintiff and defense side. Jackie is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and serves as the committee chair for attorney recruitment and retention.

Christopher J. King

Christopher J. King is a partner at Apex Legal, P.C. His areas of practice include divorce, child custody, criminal law, civil litigation and general practice. He is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal District Court in the State of Wyoming. Chris was born in Worland and spent a considerable amount of time working on his family's ranch in Ten Sleep, Wyoming while growing up. After graduating high school from Green River he enlisted as a Serbian-Croatian linguist with the U.S. Army. Upon leaving active duty he returned to Laramie to attend the University of Wyoming. Chris graduated with a BA in Psychology and a BA in International Conflict Studies along with a minor in the Honors Program and a minor in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in May of 2009. He became a partner of the firm in April of 2013. Christopher J. King has obtained several decisions / settlements of more than a million dollars and has tried cases to juries and to the bench in multiple areas of law.

She earned her B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa in 2023 and her J.D. from Drake University Law School in 2025. Diana is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and serves clients in Waterloo, Iowa.
