Lannie Milliman

Lannie Milliman attended Tulane University, majoring in Psychology, and studied English Literature at the University of New Orleans. She then attended Tulane University Law School, serving as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review and awarded the Order of the Coif. Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1995, she clerked for Senior Judge Nauman S. Scott of the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, and then for Justice E.
