About Latoya
Latoya Hickman is an army brat who was primarily raised in Austin, but traveled all across the nation before beginning her undergraduate career at Texas Tech University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and minor in Criminology, graduating with honors and receiving the Dean's highest academic recognition awards. Latoya earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she excelled in academia and leadership. After law school, she worked as a government attorney, protecting Texas consumers.
