Laura Gómez Duarte

Laura graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and obtained her Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Houston Law Center. In law school, Laura served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review. She was inducted into the Order of the Barristers due to her successes as a member of the renowned UHLC National Mock Trial Team, which included winning the first Tex-ABOTA Showdown Trial Advocacy Competition and receiving its overall Best Advocate award.
