About Laura

Laura is a business and transactional law specialist, advising business owners on a wide array of matters, including mergers and acquisitions. She has been at the forefront of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars - she makes deals happen. Laura represents District 3B on the Iowa State Bar Association Board of Governors and is a long-time member, and current chair, of the Business Law Section Council of the ISBA.
