Lauren Lucio

A proud Edinburg native, Lauren is the eldest of her family’s latest generation. Growing up, she quickly learned the value of hard work and responsibility helping to raise cattle, pigs, goats, rabbits, and chickens on her family’s homestead. Determined to pursue a career in the legal profession, Lauren began her journey into higher education early at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley while still enrolled as a full-time high school student.
