About Lauren

Lauren Monosoff has nearly two decades of legal experience advocating for individuals and families. A Charlotte native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Columbia University and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. She began her career as a public defender for eight years, followed by five years representing children in neglect, abuse, and custody cases. After returning to North Carolina in 2024, she now focuses her practice on helping injured individuals, utilizing her background in litigation, negotiation, and client-centered advocacy.
