Lawrence Kotin

About Lawrence

Lawrence Kotin, who retired in 2014, practiced in special education and disability law. He was a principal draftsman of Chapter 766, Massachusetts' comprehensive special education law, and co-founded Kotin, Crabtree & Strong. He was also a lecturer at Tufts University and a regular contributor to the Massachusetts Special Education Reporter.
