Lawrence Sims didn’t take the normal path to practicing law: Lawrence enlisted in the U.S. Army right out of High School and traveled the world. Lawrence served with some of the most storied units in the U.S. Military and saw service in Afghanistan and Iraq, where he was decorated for his service. Lawrence was selected for the U.S. Army’s Green-to-Gold program and became an officer, rising to the rank of Captain before retiring.
