About Leah
Leah M. Edelstein is an Associate at Wapner Newman and has been a member of the firm since 2021. She has been honored by The Legal Intelligencer for her unwavering commitment to excellence, earning her a coveted position among the “Lawyers on the Fast Track.” She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2023 and 2024. Ms. Edelstein has past experience clerking for the Honorable Arnold L. New in the Philadelphia Court of Commons Pleas-Civil Division-with an emphasis on mass torts litigation. She now focuses her practice on Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice at Wapner Newman while also litigating in areas of Personal Injury, including civil sexual assault, premises liability, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injury cases. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
