Leah Penny

Leah Penny is originally from Alexandria, Louisiana. Leah attended Louisiana College where she earned her bachelor’s in Theology, in 1996. After several years working in public relations and marketing, she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Loyola School of Law, New Orleans, in 2004. After law school, Leah returned to Alexandria where she completed a judicial clerkship in the 9th Judicial District Court.
