About Lee

Lee Cope has an extensive background in litigation with a statewide practice focusing on nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, defective highways, and defective products. He also litigates cases for special needs children. He is Chair of the Medical Negligence and Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect Committee of the South Carolina Association for Justice and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
