Attorney Lee Kennedy Tiernan graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts with a degree in Government in 1983. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts in 1989. He has tried dozens of jury cases in the state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts and has argued appeals before the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Federal 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. Many of the cases he has handled over the years involved slip and falls, auto accidents, tractor trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, municipal liability, probate matters, social security disability and worker’s compensation. He was born in New Haven and is based in the New London office.
