About Leslie
Leslie Owens was born and raised in Gardner, Kansas. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography with a minor in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2006. She graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 2013. While at Baylor, she clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She competed in the 2012 Pace Environmental Moot Court Competition and was selected to the Order of Barristers.
