Letisha R. Bika

Born and raised in Beckley, West Virginia, Ms. Bika is a 1987 graduate of West Virginia University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management). Ms. Bika attended the West Virginia University College of Law having been granted the honor of one of five Tucker Brooke fellowships.
