About Lindsay
Lindsay is an expert in handling a wide range of cases within our litigation department. Her specialization lies in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and wrongful death cases. She skillfully manages various medical malpractice cases, including birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnosis, failure to diagnose, inadequate staffing, and patient injuries involving medical equipment. Apart from her expertise in medical malpractice, Lindsay also advocates for victims of sexual assault, shootings, and other violent crimes. She also represents individuals who have suffered injuries or lost their lives due to defective products. Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Lindsay grew up in the Gulf Coast region. She obtained her English degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and later pursued her legal education at the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
