About Lindsey

Lindsey Hemsell is the Managing Attorney, Pre-Litigation at Isaacs & Isaacs. He holds a J.D. from Creighton University (1991) and a B.A. in Biology from The University of North Texas (1986). Since graduating from law school, his practice has been exclusively dedicated to helping injured individuals. His practice areas include motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, and medical negligence. Lindsey is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Texas, as well as federal courts including the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Kentucky Justice Association and American Association for Justice, and has been inducted into both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
