About Lindsey
Lindsey Simmons, born in Birmingham, Alabama, was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2005 and is admitted to all state and federal trial courts in Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama (B.A., 2001) and Cumberland School of Law (J.D., 2004). She manages the firm’s South Alabama office in Daphne. Lindsey has been recognized as a 'Top Lawyer' by Birmingham magazine and B-Metro magazine multiple times, a 'Top Woman Lawyer' by B-Metro magazine, and a 'Rising Star' by the Birmingham Business Journal. She holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group’s Hall of Fame. She is active in bar organizations, having served as President of the Alabama State Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section and Chairperson of the Alabama Association for Justice Workers’ Compensation Section and the Birmingham Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.
