About Lindsey
Lindsey Oswalt Watson is a seasoned attorney with 14 years of experience in appellate, commercial, and employment litigation. She has successfully handled dozens of appeals and has drafted appellate briefs to the Mississippi Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eleventh, and D.C. Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. Lindsey has also litigated and tried a number of employment matters, including cases alleging race, gender, or disability discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breaches of employment contracts, and non-competition agreements. As part of her employment practice, Lindsey has represented labor and employment clients in administrative proceedings before the EEOC, NLRB, and various hearing officers. Additionally, Lindsey has worked extensively in the public education arena, representing clients in matters involving student civil rights, special education, and public contracts. Likewise, she has significant experience in a broad range of commercial and real estate matters, including products liability, wills and estates, trusts, contracts, and business formation.
