Lloyd L. Rabb III

Attorney Lloyd “Chip” Rabb III was born in 1953 and raised in Arizona. He worked as a brakeman and locomotive engineer for Southern Pacific Railroad before earning his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 1985. Admitted to the Arizona State Bar, he developed a broad legal background before focusing on railroad law, representing injured employees under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA).
