Louis M. Barbone was born on February 8, 1961. He was admitted to the bar in New Jersey, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit in 1986. He received his B.A. from Widener University (1983) and J.D. from Temple Law Center (1986).
