About Lucy
Lucy Allen is a Senior Attorney at Bay Area Bicycle Law, specializing in bicycle accidents since 2012. She holds a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been awarded the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40.” Her previous legal work included defending Northern California’s forest ecosystems and working on cases involving the Equal Access to Justice Act and the Freedom of Information Act. She received numerous awards in law school, including an American Jurisprudence award, and served as Publishing Editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly.
