Lucy R. Malone

Lucy’s practice is focused on civil litigation, with a primary focus on complex “mass tort” work. Lucy aims to obtain justice for clients who are injured by big business or wronged by the justice system. Working on cases against JUUL labs and social media companies like Meta, Lucy has found a particular passion for representing young people against corporations who have changed the course of their lives.
