About Luigi

Luigi Vigliotti is an attorney with over 20 years of experience, including serving as a former New York State Prosecutor and Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County from 2001 to 2004. He also worked as a former traffic prosecutor. He has experience in prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, and later defended insurance companies in personal injury cases before starting his own practice in 2008. He focuses on criminal defense, personal injury litigation, and traffic matters. He is Chief Counsel for the New York State Fraternal Order of Police Foundation Inc. and former staff counsel to a New York State Senator. He has taught trial advocacy at Hofstra Law School.
