M. Duane Shuler

Duane believes that the legal profession is, and always has been, a “Service Profession.” This philosophy has served him well, allowing him to attain a position on the S.C. Court of Appeals, where he served from 2000 until 2003. Duane finds a great sense of personal satisfaction when given the opportunity to provide assistance to clients with legitimate claims who might otherwise be left behind because they are less fortunate than others.
