Madeleine is the firm’s Administrative Assistant, where she brings together a strong background in client service and a natural ability to create a welcoming, supportive environment. With over five years of hands-on experience in customer relations, she has developed a thoughtful and efficient approach to helping clients feel understood and cared for from the moment they reach out. She attended The Bible Institute of Los Angeles (BIOLA) and studied Communications with a minor in Art and Biblical Studies. Her professional journey began in sales, where she quickly learned how much she enjoys building genuine connections and helping people navigate important decisions. At Dan Caplis Law, she channels that passion into her everyday work- taking pride in contributing to a team that stands up for clients and delivers results that matter.
