About Madison
Attorney Madison McLawhorn, originally of Winterville, North Carolina, practices out of the firm’s Charlotte office, where she focuses her representation on clients harmed by the negligence or wrongdoing of others. Madison earned her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and her juris doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. During law school, she was recognized for her advocacy during the 2015 Kilpatrick Townsend Mock Trial Competition in Chapel Hill, NC, with an Outstanding Advocate award. Upon graduation from law school, she was bestowed the Order of Old Kivett in recognition of her demonstrated outstanding advocacy skills and high ethical standards. Madison has several years of experience representing injured parties in claims across the state. Prior to joining Auger & Auger, Madison was a member of the personal injury practice group at a large, regional North Carolina law firm, where she fought for clients and their families in wrongful death, auto, tractor-trailer, dog bite, and premises liability cases. Other prior experience includes a brief tenure defending insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims, experience she harnesses to provide clients with well-rounded representation. Madison dedicates her career to seeking the best possible outcome for each client while providing exceptional client service.
