About Mahesh
Mahesh Rajan brings more than two (2) decades of legal experience serving as one of New Jersey’s toughest practitioners and incredibly shrewd negotiators. He formed Rajan Legal PC in 2021, focusing on complex commercial transactions, real estate, hospitality, and matrimonial law. He also manages the firm's litigation group. Mahesh graduated from Boston University and Seton Hall University, and was admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars in 2003. He is a recipient of the 2021 SABA NJ Solo/Small Firm Award.
