About MaiVue
MaiVue grew up deeply involved in helping her parents create and operate a successful small business. She brings that same passion to helping her clients achieve their goals. MaiVue counsels small and large businesses on transactional and contractual matters including formations, purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and real estate. She also assists financial institutions with state and federal legal compliance and negotiating and structuring complex financing deals. In addition to her Of Counsel role with Bakke Norman, MaiVue serves as the Executive Director of the Eau Claire-based Pablo Foundation.
