About Mandy
Mandy Moua plays an integral role in the firm’s cases from conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation. She joined Cappello & Noël LLP in 2018 as a paralegal and became an associate upon passing the California Bar exam in 2024. Her practice spans all phases of civil litigation, including legal research and analysis, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. Her work covers a broad range of matters, such as commercial disputes, professional negligence, and mass tort actions. She has played a key role in securing some of the firm’s most significant settlements - including in a bad faith insurance action and an environmental disaster case. During law school, Ms. Moua was a Judicial Intern at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara under Hon. Brian Hill (Ret.).
