Mandy Moua plays an integral role in the firm’s cases from conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation. She joined Cappello & Noël LLP in 2018 as a paralegal and became an associate upon passing the California Bar exam in 2024. Her practice spans all phases of civil litigation, including legal research and analysis, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
