Marc A. Kaufman's practice focuses on negligence litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Prior to founding Marc A. Kaufman & Associates, he practiced at Brumer Cohen Logan Kandell & Kaufman from 1973 to 2002, gaining extensive experience in tort matters. He is dedicated to fighting for the rights of individuals harmed or injured. Mr. Kaufman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College (1969) and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School (1972). He was licensed to practice law in Florida in 1973. He served as a judicial intern to the New York Appellate Court system in 1970. He is a member of various bar associations and serves on the Board of Directors for the South Palm Beach Bar Association. He also has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
