About Marc
Attorney Marc A. Moccia is a partner and third-generation attorney specializing in civil litigation, including high asset/high conflict divorce, catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights cases involving police misconduct. He joined the firm in 2011. He received his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2011 and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007. He is deeply involved in bar leadership, serving as Secretary of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Past President of the Haverhill Bar Association, and Vice President of the Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inns Of Court.
