Marc D. Pacin is one of the Founding Partners of Pacin Levine, P.A. Having intentionally started his career learning the legal tactics of insurance companies from the inside, Marc became dedicated to quick, efficient outcomes that maximize recovery for the victim. Marc earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. After law school, he immediately gained invaluable courtroom experience working at Wadsworth Huott, LLP, an insurance defense firm. Utilizing this insider knowledge, Marc has become a successful civil litigation attorney who represents individuals against these large insurance companies to ensure his clients receive the compensation they are entitled to. As a dedicated member of his local community, he serves as a “Young President” of Mount Sinai Hospital and has made significant personal contributions to the hospital.
