Marco A. Gonzalez

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in Alabama, Marco learned both English and Spanish from his parents. He attended Our Lady of Sorrows Elementary School and John Carroll Catholic High School. Later, he spent two years at the University of Alabama before transferring to the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he graduated with honors in criminal justice and a minor in Spanish. Marco then followed in his father's footsteps and enrolled at the Birmingham School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1988.
