About Marco

Mr. Di Florio has extensive experience defending a variety of complex claims that include catastrophic construction, natural gas explosions, mass torts, products liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents and Dram shop (liquor liability) actions. He chairs the Firm’s Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) practice group and defends regularly high exposure TBI claims while also presenting to regional and national defense associations on the rapidly evolving TBI landscape and emergence of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). In addition to serving as trial counsel, Mr. Di Florio is retained regularly as monitoring counsel to supervise closely TBI claims and other catastrophic losses regionally and nationally to help develop effective defense strategies to minimize client exposure.
