About Margaret
Margaret Hendrick has been practicing law for over 30 years representing clients in both state and federal courts. She started her career as a prosecutor where she successfully handled multiple jury and bench trials prosecuting criminal offenses. She then launched her career on the civil side representing individuals and public entities in environmental matters and has reached major settlements for her clients in complex cases against the country’s largest oil companies. As Of Counsel to Fox Law she focuses on large mass tort cases and has helped her clients obtain outstanding settlements with utilities and companies that start wildfires. Margaret obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.
