Since being admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 2011, Maria Daneri has focused her practice on representing clients in various commercial and real property matters, bankruptcies, complex real estate litigation, landlord-tenant, loan modifications, and contract negotiation. Maria is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Maria has vast experience in the representation of homeowners in all kinds of foreclosure proceedings, including those filed by mortgage companies, contractors, and Associations. She has also successfully handled complex real property matters, including lien disputes, contested trials, appeals, partitions, arbitrations, and mediations throughout the State of Florida. Maria has been involved as lead counsel in thousands of foreclosure cases, both in representation of lenders and borrowers, as well as hundreds of consumer bankruptcies in the Southern District of Florida. Maria Daneri is dedicated to helping clients and protecting her rights. She is a zealous counsel and advisor, who will assess the particular situation of every case and will create a strategy that serves her clients’ best interests.
