Maria Gerber

Maria Gerber is the founder of Gerber Law, established in 1999, serving accident injury victims on the Southwest coast of Florida. A Florida native, she has extensive experience in the justice system, including serving as a State Prosecutor from 1995-1998. She entered private practice in 1998, focusing on personal injury claims and exclusively representing injured children and adults. Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Stetson College of Law in 1994.
