Mariangeli Mercado

Attorney Mariangeli Mercado-Torres holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and humanities, with a concentration in Pre-Law and complementary studies in criminologys and political science. She obtained this degree in 2016 from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, Ponce Campus, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors.
