Marion E. James is an Of Counsel attorney who graduated from Drake University Law School in 1968. He served in the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and earned an LLM from George Washington University. He has practiced law since 1973, initially with a broad practice including criminal law, bankruptcy, estate planning, family law, real estate, probate, taxation, and municipal law.
