Marjan “Marty” R. Kmiec

Marjan 'Marty' R. Kmiec (1929-2023) was a founding partner of Karius, Kmiec & Kaye Law Firm in 1959 and later opened Kmiec Law Offices in 1979. He was a voracious advocate for his clients, winning several multi-million dollar verdicts and trying cases in personal injury, automobile accident, spinal cord injuries, and bad faith claims for 60 years.
